double refund cue stolen?

i wanted everyone to have a chance to see the double refund cue, so i started to ship it to anyone that wanted to hit a few balls. the second person we sent cue to was 'roadrunner' on azb, i have not seen any post from him in a while. i have written letters and he will not answer those or his pms. the address name he used was bob gawthrop baltimore md. i'm not sure what happened but it seems strange to me that after he recieved cue no more communication. bob if you read this please get in touch with me, or if anyone else knows how to contact bob please let me know. there are still a lot of players wanting to see that cue. keep your head down.
 
Oh man, that would be a real bummer. I was about to throw my hat in the ring when I heard it was going to be on its way to Washington State next.
the whole concept of having a cue that was sent around to members was so cool because of the honor system aspect of it. That really sucks. Hope it turns up.

That was the only roadrunner I found in the "Advanced Member Search". Looks like his most recent post here was on 11/15.

It was awesome of chuck to do that and for some bad apple to ruin the AZ'ers reputation would really suck....

there are too many people in the billiards world for him to hide.i hope for his sake he has some personal problem that came up temporarily and will make good on it.
 
Thats gives people from Baltimore a bad rep. The Players in Maryland are fair and friendly most of the time. Give it up bob isn't right to keep something that isn't yours.

Not all people from Maryland isn't like this. As this is my home town.
 
I'm with you, cuetrip...I knew it was supposed to be heading our way and had hoped to have a try at it as well after 1pRoscoe got done with it. It was such a cool idea, especially with the signatures and such....sucks big time that one person would ruin this for everyone.

Reminds me of the guy...can't remeber the name now, the one rattlesnake got his Skip from...who got a free cue to try out and was supposed to review here, from J&D Custom Cues....disappeared into thin air, he did.

I have real issues with people who violate other people's trust, and ruin it for everyone!!:mad:

Cue found

THE cue is on the move again,was found to be ok!!! thought I woud put it on this thread in case someone slaped the guy and ended up hurt!! It's on another thread it was "OK", Keep the faith guys, AS EDDIE tAYLOR WOULD SAY be true follow through,I sure miss him, what a Class guy!!!:(
