Thanks for the compliment guys...but a transaction goes both way and I've been fortunate to have dealt with a lot of great people on and off this board. It's was great to be able to put a face to a name when I met with a lot of regular AZer at SBE!!

I'm sure we will have more deals in the future...a great transaction is when both party wins and that's my goal.
