Earl is playing.....what?

It's definitely pyramid. Frankly I can't get with a game where the balls are bigger than the pockets and every shot has to be shot at break speed to force them in.
 
That looks painfully brutal. Is there a shirt explanation on how it's played and/or why the huge balls, tiny pocket config?
 
They are playing Free Pyramid, in this game you can use each ball as a cue ball or object ball. The goal of the game is to pocket first 8 balls. The ball size is 68-70 mm, corner pocket size 72 + 1 mm, center pockets size 80 + 1 mm.

If you don't hit the ball hard enough it don't go in pocket.
 
was it really that hard to get a white collared shirt? lol....that bow tie looks ridiculous without a collar

its good to see earl having fun though and relaxed
 
They look like shooting safety glasses to me. Any hunting/target shooting supply would carry similar

I shoot those follow-in scratch shots all the time. Maybe I should take up Free Pyramid where my bad shots will be rewarded :D
