Rack 6
------
Earl breaks dry. BTW, this is rack-your-own.
BJ plays the 1 in the side, comes around 2 rails for the 2 in the other side, 3 in the opposite side, 4 in the bottom-left, 5 in the bottom-right, 6 in the top-left, and calls the 7 in the bottom-right. It was kinda thin, but he cuts it in easily.
Rack 7
-------
It's time for me to start drinking Crown, so the typing might get worse as the night goes on.
While BJ racks I'll pause to say that we are video taping this. Doug Ennis , a local promoter who runs the Jacoby tour here in NC is doing it. As soon as we get copies and such we'll see about selling the match and/or available on the internet.
Okay, BJ racked and Earl said something about "making the balls come together". Not sure what that means, but BJ is re-racking for himself. *yawn* WOW, it feels like 5 minutes have passed. Still haven't gotten the Crown yet, and BJ is still re-racking. Ahh, and now the crown arrives.
Okay, Earl is helping BJ rack by banging balls into position in the rack. We just recovered that table! That's okay, they make a great racking team. haha. This is just too funny. Earl taps more balls into the slate, BJ scratches his head, and re-racks 'em again. If you've never played BJ, he's a pretty careful racker in the first place, but I've never seen it take this long. Here comes Earl again tapping the head ball. I never expected a play-by-play on the rack.
BJ finally breaks and makes two balls in the corner. Looks like the 1 and 4 fell. He's got an easy shot on the 2 in the side and makes it. Kinda funny shape on the 3 but plays it in the same side pocket as the two. Now he's straight in on the 5 in the top right and comes around 2 rails for the 6 in the bottom-right. Draws the cue back to the side pocket to play the 7, forcefully, into the top-left. BJ is up 3 games.
