Ebay Bushka

I'm sure he had someone he knew put that bid in just to try and run it up.

He should have had a starting bid of about $15K if he was going to do this and then have one of his buddies bid on it and then also put for sale locally so he could end it if needed. Having the first bid be $25K doesnt leave much room for much...

Kevin:

I think the price is the maximum that cue could be worth in great condition, with an LOA and with the buyer standing in front of the cue, not on Ebay.
But since it's the Muff's cue maybe more.

There was an anime character, a super heroine that was part woman and part cat and one of her moves when fighting villains was to leap up and wrap her legs around the villains head, crotch to face. The move was called "muffacation". Its my belief that if that cartoon character had owned this cue and had won a world championship with it then it would have the provenance of a 25K stick.

Thanks

Kevin

I don't think the guy knows much about selling on ebay. Look as his shipping arrangements.

So you have a shill bid on it and its the only bid. Wouldn't ebay still want the fee? The only way out would be to end it early, right? What would ebays fee be on 25 grand?

delete due to errorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I also asked him to send me specific pics and he did. Seems to be a true story from an honest guy. I believe he is on the up n up.

I asked for head on shots of the joint and bumper. Here they are.

If that is the cue that shows up, its a bushka. I would never buy anything that expensive, without holding it first, then handing the money and getting the cue, what if the guy ducks and runs. He ships and says it got lost? He ships an Adam copy and says you switched. And, I would want it verified in writing from Tascerrela it was legit. There are some things buying off Ebay would be stupid, and this is one of them.

From these pics, I'm convinced its a Bushka. I don't need a L.O.A., my opinion is the only one that matters to me.

:clapping:

On a scale of rarity, this one is right up there. Most of his sticks were pretty plain. Personally I'd rather have this one with a story than one that has been "authenticated"
