I can't wait to show it to him when he rises and shines today. Who's the guy standing next to Keith in this photo?
JAM
That's who I think it is too. He's from Northern Ca. JAM, real nice guy. Peace, John.trainer said:Jam,

Colin Colenso said:The fine detail in the hair doesn't look like sketch software to me. Looks like some real sketching on top of a photo that has been digitally transformed.
How'd u do that Rick ?
I love stuff like that. Is there anything out there that can produce caricatures of pictures?Rick S. said:It's a hobby for me, and gives me something to do. I like exposing my creative skills, and hope you guys enjoy them.

Rick S. said:Colin,
It's not 'sketch' software. It's all done with Photoshop, by hand. (meaning I have full control of the results) And determine what happens.
It's a process I have been trying to perfect for about 3-4 yrs. They all start out as photos, then different things are added or taken away. Every image requires something different. Not trying to be secretive. It's a matter of knowing 'what' to do, and 'when' to do it. Sorry, there isn't a clear answer.
I worked on the Effren 'sketch' for hours last night. Actually stayed up till 3:30 this AM. It can be a tedious, and time-consuming affair to get it 'right'.
It's addicting!! (kinda like POOL!) Sometimes it's awfully hard to break away from the computer.
It's a hobby for me, and gives me something to do. I like exposing my creative skills, and hope you guys enjoy them.

Your work looks better than a lot of similar stuff I have seen on websites providing this type of service.
Have you got a website? Or PM your email to me. I may be able to offer your services on my new website www.CozUrSpecial.com
