Do you realize the Scruggs is a fake or are you intentionally trying to sell a fake Scruggs sneaky?

Judging by the fact that as soon as I was not the only one calling him out he took it down I would say he was intentionally trying to scam someone.
I usually do not post in for sale threads because it's against the rules but I think other members should be warned about what this seller was trying to do.

I agree, why would you sell it as a Scruggs if you knew, it's not worth the reputation damage. I found the other post about the same cue a minute ago.

A few things really scream out to me that he is trying to scam people.
1. He is aware it is NOT a Scrugss but still lists it as being one anyway.
2. He didn't use the close up photo of the (fake) logo in the ebay auction to let potential buyers decide if they want to buy it based on what it really is.
3. He obvioulsly knows enough to not use the word "ivory" in his description in the auction. This leads me to believe he's not new to this.
I wonder if he has been here before under a different name ding the same $hit?
I reported the item to ebay as being a counterfiet. If anyone else was so inclinded to join me in this endeavor, it might help to make sure some uninformed buyer doesn't get taken.

If it is the fake Scruggs in the pictures above you are still getting flack because now you are trying to scam someone on craigslist rather than eBay or here. It is just as bad. If you haven't noticed even though some people here have very different opinions and some may even dislike one another they still don't want to see other fellow pool players get ripped off. If you did let us know who you were taken by and I'm pretty sure you will get more compassion and the people here will look out for you and call out the crook who robbed you. I can't guarantee others here will agree but I have a feeling from my short time on this forum that they will.
The pictures above are only my espiritu. Unless I'm missing something. I'm no longer selling that cue. I don't have the cue anymore. I am also not selling it on any other venue.
