Joe, that turned out A W E S O M E !!!! Paul is the undisputed butterfly master, without doubt.

Dude! I think I just filled the cup!!!

Its kinda funny Joe. Ronnie P. and I were just talking last night about how not only is Paul at the forefront of the field when it comes to butterfly work, but butterflies aside, Paul cuts some of the cleanest, most beautiful points out there!

THis cue is gorgeous, like every other Fanelli out there. And hats off to Paul for pushing the envelope on design.

Paul is truly one of the best and most underrated cuemakers out there.

Brian,
This cue also hits like a dream. His cues are really the first flat faced cue I can honestly say I really like the way they play. Plus the wrap is seamless, perfect. But what gets people really looking is the work involved. The flow of the points, and how they develop as well as that celtic band. He explains it to me (the process) and looses me by the second sentence, lol.

BUT he has something coming out that he showed me last night. I cannot wait to pop this baby on the site. There is nothing like this out there that I remember seeing. It's precision cubed. It had taken him 6 full cue prototypes and an infinite number of glueings to obtain what I think will be the premium wrapless cue. In essence its a laminated butterfly splicing which in conventional wisdom should never warp and be as close to a one piece cue as you will find. I cannot wait till people see this cue. I will say this, he is to butterfly splicing as Burton Spain was to shorties and his full splices.

Absolutely stunning design & execution. My mouth was agape as I looked at those photos. :)

I Can't Look At It.... It Gives Me A Headache.

Things That I Don't Understand Give Me Headaches, And I Don't Understand How He Gets Those All To Cross Like That. Now I Have A Freakin Migraine.

P.s. After All The Wraps That Ronnie Has Him Do, They Should Be Seemless.

Funny. Last night, Ronnie came into the room with a new cue by Paul. He had Paul put a green leather wrap on it to match the veneers.

By the end of the nite, he had decided that he was going back to Paul's to have the wrap changed to a brown lizard. :D

I can attest to not only how beautiful this cue is, but also how well it hits, as I had the good fortune to hit a few balls with it last night, what can I say but awesome. Congrats Joe!

PS: Just wait to you all get a look at what Paul has in the works right now, I got to have a look at that as well last night, magical!

Joe

that color combo is awsome. talk about the butterfly splice, my opinion is Paul is the best in the market for the butterfly cues. the hit of his cues is very good also. CONGRATS on the new cue. here is mine, the bottom cue is mine, too bad i don't have the flat bottom v-point & butterfly. i guess have to go over to Paul shop to pick up some more new toys for myself.
