Is there any man made or natural ferrule material that stays as clean as ivory? My ivory ferrules are a breeze to keep clean, what I am hoping to find is a less expensive alternative to ivory.

Give the Saber-t ferrule from tiger products a shot. It's very white and doesn't hold chalk at all. I've been using one on my personal cue since march and have no problem recommending it to anyone as an Ivory substitute.
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys. I will try the Saber T when I get around to it. Hey Varney send me a pm regarding your location and cost per shaft. Are they cheaper by the dozen?? J/K I am in NC also.

Saber-T and Elforyn both stay clean. Elforyn claims to be 89% similar to ivory except it doesn't crack. Saber-T claims a lifetime guarantee against cracking.

Like lots of things - we always want what we cannot get. It is not any better than many other ferrule materials available off the shelf.

I think that the Saber-T hits nice and stays very clean just like Mr. Varney says: "SABER T by Tiger. Stays cleaner than any ferrule ever invented." It is the best material I have ever found.

Hi Mr Varney, Seems like I was not clear originally. I am interested in the cost to replace an existing ferrule with the Tiger Sabre T. I also have my own Moori tips that I wish to use. Already got more shafts than I need.

anyone have any experience with those XTC ferrules?

just got a free one today as a sample.

they claim to not hold chalk, and also have a lifetime warranty against cracking and chipping.

Who is selling the xtc? Atlas had them but the recipe had gotten bought out and they replaced it with the titan. I like both but would like to get my hands on some more xtc.
