Fraudulent cue seller on ebay

I got a Diveney off of him a year or so ago. Other than being a little high strung a seemed like a good enough guy to me.

I also suspect that unless you refund the full purchase amount (in my case, $323), there will be further problems, since Paypal has refunded me $175;i.e - the $175 between you and ebay still has to be accounted for in some way other than you pocketing it.

It sounds like you have some positive and some negative feedback.

Therefore, I'll still consider buying cues from you if...
1) You ship via express shipping and provide tracking number
2) You agree to receive payment AFTER I have received the cue
3) You don't mind if my first couple attempts to mail payment are lost due to shipping problems. It's the post offices fault after all, not mine.
4) If you ask me where the money is, I will mock you for asking, but I won't provide you with any proof (receipts or tracking numbers) that I attempted to send payment.
5) Eventually you will receive payment, but not until enough time has passed that you've stressed about it for awhile. Without telling you, I will deduct the cost of my shipping mishaps, since it was the post office's fault.

Boy' I'll tell you. You have got nothing to do with this and you still can't say your peace and move on. Bud after hearing your attitude I would burn my Fu#@ing cues before I would sell them to you. Like I said, this situation went out of hand by a few mistakes on my part and I will repair this problem, above and beyond the call. If you look around at the selling and buying community you will find these problems and there not always to do the seller. I have been on there side of the fence and I did not like it either. They are not at fault and in a few days it will be handled. Now, that being said I do not F@@k people and hold very close doing the right thing. I will prove it and that will be that. To those that have had to deal with this mess I sincerly apoligize. Thanx so much Aaron

"You have got nothing to do with this" -- Yes I do, you treated a close friend (buyer) like dirt. I respect my friends.

"But after hearing your attitude" -- What attitude? That I think buyers should be treated better?

"I will repair this problem, above and beyond the call" -- What have you ever done that is "above and beyond the call"? Ludicrous.

LIKEWISE! I've done a couple deals with Aaron, and they were among the smoothest transactions ever. And a friend here in the Bay Area has bought 6-8 cues from him, without ever a snag, miscue or hiccup.

Aaron, sounds like you and Shinobi have some issues to work out. But for me, the cues were exactly what you said, you emailed AND called me with Express Tracking #s, and I received the cues the next day after sending payment.

I'm not trying to downplay the significance of the original Posters' problems with Aaron, but I do not believe he would intentionally screw someone - at least not for a cue or 2 :-) It's really not his MO. Be that as it may, it would appear that he has unintentionally created a bad situation that needs to be amicably resolved. Based on my experience with him, I believe he will fix this...

Why is it that simple questions go unanswered? I'm not making random complaints. He has already confirmed that at least on two occasions he mis-shipped cues and got them back. I asked for one tracking number to backup his claim and the question was ignored twice. Just as he ignored the question when asked on the phone during the time of one transaction taking place.

In case you don't understand how silly it is/was, imagine the phone conversation like this:

Aaron: "It's my mistake. I shipped the cue express, but I made a mistake and I just got it back. I'm holding the package in my hand right now."

Me: "Oh, you're holding the package in your hand now? In that case, what is the tracking number so I can see what happened with the delivery"

He then changes the topic, promises to ship cue the very next day and send the new tracking number. Of course, he didn't ship the cue the next day, and when he eventually did, he used a cheap shipping method without a valid tracking number. I question whether or not he ever did ship the cue originally. Pretty easy for him to prove that he did.

Second point... He says that he will make it up to the buyer going "above and beyond the call" -- and I asked what he has done that goes above and beyond the call? Again he doesn't back it up...unless going above and beyond the call means opting to finally ship the cue using a cheaper than agreed upon shipping method and no tracking number. Someone give the man a medal.

I'm glad that not all his deals have been sour. Maybe even the vast majority are smooth transactions. But if the deals with hiccups are handled this poorly, I wouldn't risk it.

( I Do Not Screw People And Everybody Here Will Get There Money Also. I Do Not Screw Lie And Jack People Around. Anybody That Has Done Business With Me Except This F@#@ Up Mess Has Never Had A Problem. You Guys Are Out There, So Speak Up. This Problem Will Be Fixed In A Few Days. To Those That Were Shorted On There Refund Please Post A Balance Of What You Are Owed So I Can Finish This. Thanx Aaron

Do you have every receipt or tracking# that you have ever sent? Again please be quite. I did send his product and took care of it right away. I went to the bank, set up a new account and have started to register it with paypal. When it is done I will transfer money and pay them right away. Let it rest and give somebody a break.Have you ever made a mistake? Well God bless you , you are now AZ's most perfect user LOLOLOL!!!!!! Your friend was very happy with his cue. So it took a few days later. Better then getting stuffed in the Ass!!!! Let your friend speak for himself. Infact, this is not about you or your friend that is happy with his cue I might ad. Quite mucking up the facts and give it some time and you will see just as your friend did that I will come through as fast as possible. Thanx Aaron

Yes, I do. On paper and in archived e-mails (since I always e-mail the tracking numbers to buyers). It's not hard to keep a small box full of paper receipts, you know... You can fit hundreds of tracking slips in a shoebox.

Of course, you'd only need to keep tracking information until the item has been delivered. Even you could manage that, yes?

This is all good and fine, but a USPS money order would have ended this story long ago...still would, and that's my preference.
