I realize this is boring crap to most people, but it has positive effects for any of you who get screwed over on a deal - this seller did not get his *ss in gear until I posted here. This forum has power and even fringe cue dealers like Painter wants to be able to participate here and salvage some respect.flushman said:Wow talk about some threats! Hopefully if the guy doesnt give you back your money you will actually go threw with it all and not just talk about it. That would be nice! Keep us posted with the court dates and everything else!! This is one of the best stories on here!!! Its like reading a gossip column but actually being on the inside of the story!
asiasdad said:i have contacted officer dean commacho of the rockton PD, and forwarded my last email from aaron stating that he would pay me by the 14th of this month (feb 06). he also told me that the cue has been re-finished and offered it to me again in lieu of refund. Obviously I am worn down with this person and all the bullsh$t. He further stated that he had to cash out some "investments" to be able to refund myself and scott...think about that for a moment, we're only talking a few hundred bucks here, and its' a big deal to this guy to cash out some investments??? is this guy on crack or what? nothing will stop me from pressing charges on february 15, 2006 should an overnight package with a cashiers check in the amount of $323.00 not be in it. this is purely in principle, i would be willing to incur the expense of flying to rockton to testify in both criminal and civil court on this fraud. the expenses i incur are then transferred to a summary judgement against the defendent (in civil court), and when the defendent fails to pay, his credit report gets trashed for 7 years with the judgement, and again when the collection agencies start selling "the listing" after they are unsuccessful in their collection efforts. i'm in the credit business, and i've seen some real bad credit reports that could have easily been avoided had the person taken care of the small stuff when it was small.

That's good to hear.asiasdad said:Anyway, everybody Is Paid Now.
