Free Jerico Stinger Jump Break

OK I wanted to do something different. I am willing to give away this great like new jump break to the right person. I would like to find someone really deserving. I will even pay shipping. Please let me know why you deserve it and I will give it away by the end of next week. Or if you know someone just let me know. I will not give to cue away just so someone can make a quick buck.

Cool Idea...

Good luck on your search..

My vote is for Brandon, no, you do not know him, however, he was a very promising young '3' (he he he) on my APA team back in New Orleans about 6 months ago. He is a self taught, but willing to listen to anyone that has any advice. He plays with a players cue that someone left at a bar one night and never returned to claim it after weeks of it being displayed at the bar. He has been looking for a good break cue for months, but of course, he is 21, newly married and tons of bills, so no chance he could afford a nice one.

Anyway, not sure if this is a deserving person or not in your book, but if I had the means, I would give it to him.

Felix

i'd like to have it but i can't think of why i would deserve it. i try real hard to get better every time i play.

I would gladly accept any equipment or donations.I was involved in the middle of a pot bust and all my money funds and valubles were siezed, proceeds of crime charge. My old breaker was a AC-15 black,a 83 model Swift 3-6 case,Karella K-12,Air Hog,Falcon F-10with 3 predator shafts.Lawyers will be trying to get most things returned.

I would look towards 8up! He is a great guy.

Call me or me your number and ill tell you why!

i vote for my little brother, derek. he is a 'recovering' drug addict who has been clean for almost 6 months now, i try to get him to the pool hall as much as possible, he is a very talented player for his experience level - on and off for 3 years, mostly off due to his former habbit. I bought him a cheaper sneakypete awhile back, and a buddy of mine noticed he was doing pretty well lately and gave him a joss, which inspired him to play more. was thinking maybe a jump/break will make him play even more. either way, i think your doing a great favor to the pool world. thanks!

i know a couple of people who've turned their lives around because of pool. it's always cool to hear 'em though. friend of mine would have been doing life in jail probably if it wasn't for his pool obsession.

hope your brother keeps it up!

I would really like to be this cue. I play pool two times or more a week and I am a foster parent who gives to my family and I can't afford a break/jump cue like this. I would not sell this cue as it would be a blessing from you and the Lord above. Please pick me.

Well lets see why I would deserve such a fine cue. First, I def. would not try to sell it...the only cue I have has been in my case for 12 years and I need a break cue, house cues don't really cut it. I really don't have money for a cue b/c my wife doesn't see it as necessary. This is tough b/c my "job" has been taking care of our child and home while we travel the country on contract work and I don't get to play often because I only play when my wife is not at work and is willing to cover me, maybe once a week. Being a full time homemaker is not easy, anyone who objects should try it. All the early mornings, cooking, cleaning, laundry, bill paying, play outings, teacher, etc. etc...the work never ends. I have talked about joining a league one day a week and my wife has agreed. The stress relief would be great and having a great break cue would be very nice. That's my story...and many thanks to SidePocket09 for making such a generous offer, your a real gentleman. :thumbup2:

I am just finishing up paying for my wedding (April 30th is the big day), and even though I can't afford hardly anything right now, I troll the For Sale threads all the time making a mental wish list. The reason I do this is because just looking at cues and cases and tables gets me excited and makes me want to go play. I love the game of pool like crazy. My father taught me how to play as a kid, and now that I'm in my 20s it's something that brings us together and allows us to bond. I would be humbled and grateful if I were given this cue, and my pride for it would never allow me to sell it. My dad bought me my first real cue (a Viking) four years ago, and I still shoot with it every single time I play. Years from now, the same would be said about this cue if you were so generous as to donate it to me. Even if I'm not the lucky recipient of this wonderful gesture, I would like to applaud you, SidePocket09, for such a random act of pure selfless kindness.

i would really enjoy to have this j/b these are one of the best money can buy, and i think of you being so thoughtful to give one away wow, someone once told me that he could count all of the nice pool players he has ever met on one hand, i think if he saw this he could use another hand

Has this cue been awarded?

Who won?

Nope. The OP has flaked on yet another deal. This is the third known deal with him that has gone south due to his unwillingness to reply. I agreed to purchase a jump cue from him a month or so ago, and he flaked out when it came time to discuss payment and shipping. Another AZB'er agreed to terms with him on a break cue not long ago and he never responded when it came time to finalize the deal.

I'd rather pay someone else good money for a cue (which I have done since this thread started) than be jerked around by this guy again.

Edit: I don't even want this cue anymore, so please remove me from any possibility of winning ... If a winner is ever announced.

Very Generous...

...and I'm glad I'm not the one having to make this decision because so far there seem to be quite a few deserving folks. Kudos and + rep to you
