i think they're the same except moori changed the packaging logo a bit and the moori tips now have a picture of a bottle of glue printed on them instead of just a letter G on the glue side.

the production process and materials have been changed indeed, not only appearance or package, but the playability is still very subjective to each individual, IMO I still prefer Kamui better, its just that there's still demand for Moori thus I tried to get some ;)
