Ray, this accident set me back a lot, and without cameras I need a little longer to get back on track. Yet with xmas looming, I still need to launch by the end of the month. As such, I'm debating if I'm going to offer a full year with 9 issues now (instead of the original 10), or just limit it to a 6 month trial. It's a tough decision, but I'll decide in the next few days and then left everyone know. Thanks.

Wow...Melinda and Angel's effort are actually working, as numerous people have already donated. I can't articulate my thanks enough. You all are amazing!
And for the record, the site says that the goal is $5000. It is not, and I've requested that this be lowered. Fortunate circumstances have made it so that I only require slightly above half of that to cover the ridiculous deductible necessary to get my equipment back (although that doesn't include my Jeep...but I don't care about that).
For those of you who have donated (or will be), PLEASE make sure you leave your contact info. It's very important to me that everyone gets their free 6 month subscription when the project launches. I can't handle being the subject of charity, so it's necessary that I compensate everyone.

You obviously do not know the people involved or the circumstances behind this effort. It is posted earlier that Nathan had an accident and lost equipment, time and vehicle - not to mention injuries.
This is about the pool industry trying to help their own.. If you don't understand the situation - just say so. But don't cast doubts on the efforts of others because you don't 'get it'.
This is not begging - it is just helping someone who can use the help.
