Pardon my ignorance, but what is a "super tip"? Is it a Lepro, milkdud, generic, non-layered....?? This is way too many for me to buy, but just wondered what they are. Thanks...
:p

Great playing tips also. Eric Crisp is putting them on some of his customs now as well as Murrell. Hits to me identical to an older medium moori at about 1/20 th the cost. I love em.

They hit much much harder than a Moori M...I assure you. They are probably the hardest hitting leather tip available. The quality isn't great though...you can look at many and tell its best to trash them. If you have one that doesn't hit extremely hard & "PING" then its delaminating for sure. The last box I had...half were trash...hence the low retail price of .50 cents per laminated tip. When you do get a good one though & its correctly installed they play fine, hold chalk, and simply will not mushroom. Like Ken said...great for house cues...or for players who simply want a hard tip they never have to shape.;) Prather's sells them for $25 per box of 50.

Wow...that sounds too good to be true! I like mooris and harder layered tips, but at a couple buck each this sounds great, even if it's 50-50! Thanks!
:p

Out of over 100 I've installed I've only had less than 6 delaminate. I've hade more trouble with talisman tips than these.....

These tips are very good. I use them for house cues and they stand up very well. This is in a room of full blatant cue abusers!!! Also $56. for 100 tips is a great deal. By the way Varney if you think these are hard try a water buffalo tip or a black widow. Maybe you got a bad batch or something, but it has never happened to me in several years of using them. You should consider trying them again as these are jam up tips, especially for the money!!!

Yes they are the red laminated ones. I believe I know a little something about tips...and these are extremely hard. The only way they would not be hard is if the installer used dull tooling and stressed the leather...the same way one would ruin a Sniper...except where the Sniper layers will stretch, the Superpros will stay together much better but hit softer. When installed correctly with sharp tools these tips "ping" and hit very hard. Trust me I been through plenty. Opinions vary though...some people think Snipers are hard tips.;)

Best tip ever made, bar none. I'm dumbfounded. Simply friggin amazing. I have them on my playing cue and breaking cue. They are also my standard tip for the customs I build. I have had two delaminate, & it was my fault.

They seem to hit very good with a little break in time. If anybody needs any let me know as I have about 2000 in stock. I think that says how much I believe in these tips. They do not mushroom, and wear like Iron. All while providing a solid hit and tons of action on the cue ball.

Can you pm me a price on 50 or 100 of these tips.
Thanks,
