I've always been a big fan of the maple Tad cues. This tribute looks spectacular with the Cocobolo. And that's an impressive piece of Coco to boot! It really makes the ring work jump out. What a great combination. Very very nice cue.

That's a serious cue there. Someone should jump on this one!
Martin, will you take a Kent Davis in trade? A nice KD!

Nice Cocobolo!

Martin, looks almost like the red Mexican cocobolo in my Prewitt. I need to sell some stuff quick!

Thanks for the comments guys. The cue should be a good player too. Jay, I'm looking for a straight sale!

That cue looks better than the Tad cues made in that style. The Cocobolo is just outstanding.......

Would you please tell us what a "continuous core" means? I haven't heard that term used before describing cues.

Can't get any better than this Martin

A tribute TAD with a flat faced joint!? simply ridicuolous. Gotta be a monster player right there. Love it

James, Imagine a 30" piece of wood turned round to handle size. Then the forearm portion is turned to .750 and the forearm is sleeved on. The buttsleeve is sleeved on in a similar fashion. The core runs from the face of the joint to the bumper. No A joint. We do put a ring that cannot be seen between the forearm and handle/ handle and buttsleeve to eliminate any possibility of end grain buzz. In all cases, the balance of the cue took priority over the final weight. All the cues in this group balance between 18-5/8" to 18-3/4" from buttcap. The forearm is strong on each cue and there will be good transmission of hit. All the cues are offered with conditional buyer approval. Thanks for the positive comment. I hope that helps, Martin

Wow, Martin! That is a gorgeous cue! That cocobolo looks better than the cocobolo on my Prewitt!

Perfect balance point, in my opinion! Weight is perfect too!

I love simple cues.....sometimes, less is more.

Maybe you'll hear from me in the next couple of weeks.... ;)
