I have for your consideration a Joe Gold Cognoscenti shaft for sale...I got the cue in trade from huysmall (aka Huy Dang), and I'm thinking I only need 1 shaft (maybe, or maybe not lol)..The shaft was described as Original, and in nearly EXCELLENT condition..Huy told me when he received the cue NEW he played a few games, and put the cue in his case..I think he said it was like 10 games of 14.1 or something like that, anyways if your seriously interested in buying the shaft we can have huysmall chime in and tell us exactly how little play is on this shaft..Joe Gold from my understanding is one hell of a player, and makes some of the best shafts in the business..He charges 275.00 a shaft plus delivery for these fine instruments...I'm unsure what a nearly excellent Cognoscenti shaft in original condition is worth..I took the liberty of taking the best pictures I could so you all could see the NEAR NEW condition of the shaft..Please don't pm me offers...My inbox is full..If you absolutely need to get a hold of me you can email me at hauserdale@gmail.com Please post all offers here..

Never in my life have I seen a Cog tomato stake before. I find it fascinating that any rational human being would create such a fine high grade tomato stake.

I understand the story, but it is surely a joke as no pool player that can actually identify a pool cue and have any idea of how it might be used would ever do such a thing as this. Certainly if they were serious then they actually have no idea how to handle a cue.

I would say this piece makes for an interesting curiosity. I will offer you five bucks plus shipping for it...but only if you include the JP. That's one genuine Abe Lincoln green-back....and it hasn't been peeled or anything.

How about 100.00 shipped for the Cog Shaft if it's straight :). Just need a little clean and seal and it will be new.

I would buy this for sure but I didn't have time to peel my Cog....sorry. It'll look stupid with this pefectly peeled shaft on it...

I still can't believe why someone would do something like that....but if it's tradition it's tradition...I mean who are you to play with a unpeeled shaft when even pros play with a peeled one...

If the shaft had a common thread, it would be sold by now, peeled, or not.:rolleyes: Too bad it will only fit on a Cog, or i would buy it myself.:cool:

I see nothing wrong with the shaft, other than some anal retentive, cosmetic sh!t.

I'd play it, it's obviosly the better shaft of the two, or the other one would have been "peeled", and played with.Just sayin........:cool:
