How can I save this,,and paste it somewhere else? When I try ,,all I get it a picture.

All I do is right click the file and "Save Image". I usually rename it to something that makes sense rather that the numbers that usually are used for the file name. Example: dueling.gif

Flash, as long as it is saved as a .Gif, it should work.
