I don't think that cliche applies here. The story in Jerry's post didn't contain any cheating at all. It was about a guy who bought a legitimate product that he could then resell at a profit. That's not cheating, that's business.
I don't know if that story is true any more than anyone else, but if that's the way it went down, Gabe didn't do anything wrong.
