Getting surgery tomorrow

I go into the hospital in the morning to have the 3cm cancer mass removed on my left kidney. If they can keep my kidney from bleeding after I will get to keep the kidney, if they can't they will remove the whole kidney. I will be in the hospital up to 5 days. Thanks Dave
