Here's another of my dad's cues from Ernie Guiterrez, ca. 1990's. Any idea of its value in today's market?

Thanks, all.

4K plus or minus for ivory in that butt. That's a 17B, $3600 in his 2007 catalog
plus 300 for the joint and the wrap. The butt is unique and if the cap itself is ivory that's a nice plus. That's a nice cue. I'm a buyer, but I'm a flipper.

Thanks

I'm sure this is obvious to some but,... since "its your dad's cue" is there a good reason he's not asking the question himself? Just saying...

Can you think of any circumstances under which that would be a rude question?

Yeah one - death... maybe two considering inheritance/probate issues... just prefer speaking to the rightful owner when dealing with cues. Having cue's perminately 'borrowed' and 'hocked' later isn't all that entertaining... just saying. It's prolly a simple question though from a loving 'son'.
