I believe some of you people know this guy. He has stiffed me for an unplayed, $1,100 1999 Russ Espiritu. I was trying to do a vet a favor. He said he was having a new baby and getting out of the service soon. I haven't heard a word nor received a dime from this little punk. His last post was right after he got the cue.
Some of you know me and know that I would give you the shirt off my back if you needed it. I have shipped 5 cues to the soldiers in Iraq, given several cues away here on Az, donated cues for charitable causes and donated money to needy individuals on our forum. So if you see this kid, please ask him to drop me a line, PM or a check would be nice. :rolleyes:
I am not counting on it though. Don't deal with him if you don't want to be ripped off.

This is out of control around here,i just dont get it,i mean there are times when i have made deals on here i didnt like or recieved or sent out something where there was alittle conflict but a complete stiffing,this place is getting worse then Ebay.:(

man, that sucks, i dont know who that is, but that's just wrong, we are a community of billiard players/collectors/fans. we should be able to trust each other. i'm sorry to hear that this happened. i really am.

Not that Don needs my reinforcement as we all know of the many good deeds he has performed in the pool community. I too was a recipiant of a very very fair deal on a cue about two years ago from Don. He does not deserve this screwing and I surely hope goinpro07 steps up to the plate and makes things right. Hope all comes out right in the end for you Don.

Nice cues are expensive, and who would want to risk $500 - $2,500 in a zero accountability trading environment like this with sooo much theft going on? This kind of stuff can be the death of the once thriving AZB Wanted/For Sale environment that we all currently enjoy. Fellow AZ'ers need to apply "peer pressure" in it's many forms ;) on those that steal from us.
 
that kid is a punk, he was a freeloader at DCC and won't learn a lesson. THe best thing for him would be to reinlist,get an education and forget about pool altogether. Obviously he has no morals or character.

I've met Purdman at the SBE and I will concur - he will do anything to help anyone out.... Great guy that doesn't deserve this.... We'll have beers in a few months again, Don!

In addition, I have also had the distinguished pleasure (insert extreme sarcasm) of meeting goinpro07 (or whatever) in Jan06 at the DCC and have to agree - he is and will more than likely always be a freeloader. He was bumming cigarettes, asking for your room to crash in, etc. I trust him like I trust my sister in law...

Sorry to hear this, Don. You don't deserve it. I really hope this kid snaps and makes it good, as things like this tend to shape your life in many ways. It seems like several folks on this board know who he is.....

I don't have any problem forgiving the guy. I wasn't the greatest kid in the world myself! :rolleyes: I just wanted to warn others.

Wonder if he would be at the open right now with the cue where someone here could nab it... You might post a picture of the guy if you have one by Googling him or something, and maybe even post a reward. If he's at the open with this cue, this is probably your best chance to get it back.

I believe he is out of the service now. probably in jail someplace. If you check the members for goingproin07 you will see his picture.

I got tired of beating the crap out of people a long time ago. My hands got sore and my wrist has been fused together because I caught the side of one guys head instead of his jaw. I also have to many scars on my head, chin and inside my mouth. I been hit with everything you can think of and it only made me mad. I also know that it all come back to ya. Buddy, we don't get away with anything. There was a guy that allowed a homo to molest me when I was 7 years old. My older brother in fact. Today he is blind and has had a leg removed. He is one miserable coc*sucker today. It all has caught up with him. He dont have the stones to kill himself either. So he will suffer til the day he dies. Now, I could have killed him and gotten away with it after being diagnosed with PTSD. I would rather let his Karma take care of him.:D
