Grudge Match - Columbus, Ohio August 20,21

If I can make it over you know I would love to do some of the commentary. I think this is going to be a GREAT match. They don't call Chris the Smooth Criminal for nothing, but this Geno guy can play a lil himself.

It's a 4 hour drive for me, but I would love to be there and stand in Gene's corner.

And as far as Dee is concerned I have allot of respect for the guy. He's won allot of tournaments and beat allot of players over the years. Plus he's a really nice guy.
I'm going to try and get ahold of him to see if he wants to play some to help get me ready for this.

We had already talked about playing and how hard it is to give lessons on a daily basis and stay in stroke and he understood.

I'm still doing some scheduled lessons today but after that it's doing my homework and get ready for next Tuesday. I've been there before and know what I got to do.

I've been in stroke real good a few times in the past year or 2. I've played some really good players that never asked me to play again. They could probably beat me the next time we met but they didn't know I have been giving lessons for 2 weeks and not playing.

Bill Rowsey from Memphis asked me once. How in the world do you play at that level and still teach on the road. He's been around and knows how it is.

As far as heart goes. try staying on the road for for the last 4 to 5 years and see how you like it.

Do I think I can? Of course I do. Do I think he can win? Of course I do.

That;s why we're going to play. It doesn't matter what you.ve done but what your going to do next Tuesday.

Anyone who gets the Event pass will automatically get access to the private youtube upload of the match. The match will be uploaded the same day!!

ALSO - Anyone who gets the event pass by Sunday August 18th will also get an autographed poster. Priceless. :D

There will be a short interview before the match and after each day. Where possible.

play Chris if you are playing as well as you say? I can think of easier action that will bet real good. Seems to me you are starting at the top, I think I would work my way up the ladder instead of starting at the top. I know how wll you can play as we have played each other a few times many moons ago. Neverless, good luck to you , I kwow you can play very solid for the cash. Nice to see you stepping up like this, you are very capable. Good luck once again. Gary Lutman

Im next up on the list to play Henny. My man juice laid the line in the sand and Henny stepped across..Hopefully we can play next month. Of course I'm getting a spot and we will be playing a large set..Ain't that right Juice?
