I am thinking it might be a little more then eight. Cuebuddies in Ray....ship it!
We know they are playing for 75% of the PPV, but it would also be helpful if we knew just how much the two players are putting up. If it's just a few hundred $$ each, then that don't take much heart on Gene's part. Hell, I would even play Bart even for a few hundred and a piece of the PPV if someone wanted to see it. In fact I did play Bart even on a BB in Clearwater, FL w/o any PPV money. Yes I lost but I caught on that I couldn't beat him pretty quick...About $300 I lost Quickly. Johnnyt
Gene is putting up about 40% of his bankroll.There is one Goose between them. The winner will get 75% of the PPV and the loser will get 25%.
This match is not about the money for these two though. It's about proving something. For both of them too. I really think Geno is gonna surprise everyone here. You heard it here.

I play a Friday tourney about every other Friday night. I never practice and don't know if its worth practicing up for one game. If I do, you will be the first on my list.
Our room will be buying it,
Chris' heart is well known.
Machino gets the same creds for answering the challenge.
I will enjoy this match more than a tournament....
...and weekdays are perfect for me...most Saturdays are impossible for me.
I wouldn't like that at all.
Machino has some great road stories.
And Chris, although quite a bit more terse....has some great one-liners.
So AZ would be the poorer if either one couldn't post.
That's like Gene's spotting Chris though, chris already says only like 30 words a year.
Gene was putting out like a thousand words a day for a while.
I believe the last dude to beat Chris in a major tournament was a chinaman.
Not talking trash though, coulda gone either way. I'm curious to see how Gene stacks up.

Chris was robbed by the China balls. Too slick, or is it too sticky? I still can't figure out what the problem with the balls was.
What does that even mean anyway, "A chinaman's chance"? I can barely remember hearing that growing up and never understood what it's supposed to mean.
Sorry James. I respect you as a player, but this is a pretty weak statement if serious. I think anyone would play anyone else if the game is right.
When I read your quote, I hear "I'll play anyone if I have the nutz"!
I know there are grudge matches and woofing that go on all the time, but in my mind, I'm not going to woof at someone and then ask for the 7 and 2 on the wire in order to match up. Making a game is a different matter altogether.
But if I'm woofing at someone, it should mean I think I can beat them. In that case, it should be an even game.
Wow you got all that from my one sentence? Way to go inferring all that, you obviously have no idea anything about me if that is what you got out of my statement. I could list all the people I've gambled with even in the last 6 months and you would apologize immediately. Enjoy the match

As I stated in my reply was I do respect your game, and gave the caveat of if you were serious about what the statement inferred.
I know you as a well respected, veteran player. I've heard stories of your gambling and I do respect you. I have no evidence to think otherwise.
My response was more to the general sentence you listed. I was simply stating it was a weak statement in general. As I said, anyone will play the "right" game.

He's a pretty smart gambler.
Matches up pretty good. When he's right he can be a force to reckon with for anyone. I would never cut count this guy out......
