With my Irish last name many don't know, but it's true, I, too, am a Jew... :smile:

And on this site it's also true, there are a few.

Once again, Brian, I am responding in memory of my friend Calvin.

...and once again I feel like arguing about words...
...you got some chutzpah taking the 'C' from the spelling of Chanukkah.
I try hard to pronounce it correctly, the 'ch' sounds like a gargle and
a mouthful of air at the same time....I drive a guy Chaim nuts by trying
to say his name right....( just call me James, you dunce ) :smile:

I think it was Billy Crystal that said "Hebrew (Yiddish?) is a language of hawking and spitting".

In honor of this holiday, all non-Jewish players need to spot up the last 3 and pick up the tab all week.

My Great GrandFather and family were Polish Jews. But, that is the only ties that I have.

Other than I still enjoy playing with my little Dreidel on occasion.

An Irish Jew eh. Will have to think up something good for your Brian.

Makes sense tho, Irish taters prolly make good Latkes.

Us Red Necks just call em Potato Pancakes.

I almost forgot. Brian, you would also like my wife. Her Mother was born and raised in Ireland. That makes, Devil Woman, half Irish. Several years ago, she converted to Judaism.

I am just a mild mannered Orangeman caught in the middle.

I will trade you, one Irish, Jew woman with a slight temper for Gator Boat. Deal, yes?
