Second of all, woman that have plastic surgery do so because they want to feel better about themselves and/or don't like something about themselves. NOT because someone they know or heard of looks better than them.

In general i agree with you....but on the other hand I find that women that get stuff like that done are usually insecure (just in my experience) they get the boob job to feel better about themselves, which i find nothing wrong with that. But then when a guy starts to hit on them many get the idea that they are being hit on b/c of their nice new tits....which just makes for more insecurity.
Thats just what I've seen personally, and not generalizing it towards all women. I like big boobs, small boobs, saggy boobs, perky boobs....as long as there is some cushion under the nip i like them.
I just think many go too far with it, not really trying to be with a chick that looks like a porn star....cuz shes liable to act like one and get turned like a door knob. Just want a pretty girl i can bring home to mamma.

I spent time playing and getting lessons from Karen Corr when she was living in Trevose, PA at Pete Fusco's Pool Room (The Spot). I can honestly say Karen is one of the nicest, most likeable people (Male or Female) I have ever met...in or out of pool!

Not in my experience. She does not like to talk when she is warming up prior to a match, which is completely understandable. Ralf Souquet will talk to anyone during a tournament and is exteremly friendly but he to does not like to talk when he is warming up. I think this is why some players get labled as standoffish. Different players have different quirks. Jose Parica seems like he will talk to anyone even if he is warming up for a match at the US Open!

No, I don't and frankly I doubt it happened. For one thing all of the WPBA stuff is taped and edited heavily so that would have been edited out had she said it. Two Jeanette is an experienced professional in front of the camera and is well aware of what she is saying.
Jeanette would have been censured and fined by the WPBA had she said it and as someone else pointed out there would have been 27 threads here about it with 100,000 posts and 12 bannings.
Karen is a sweetheart off the table. I don't think she looks mean when she plays just focused and determined.
I think Jazzy looks mean when she plays because she has that frowny pout when she is concentrating, like she wants to kill the balls.

I actually read every thread here. The key to success is marketing. Be it a product, or you image. You can have the best product in the world, but if you cannot market it, you won't make it long in this techno world.
JL has marketed herself very well, regardless of her looks or playing ability. You have to tip your hat to her for that. My guess is she is making a really good living off her pool and marketing strategy VS some of the other player that may play better than her or even look better.
She not only plays well, but has the smarts (or is under someones wing that know how) to promote her image for a profit.
Keeping this in mind, I think she is most likely smarter than the average bear...or in this case, pro player. To my knowledge she was the first one to really tap into marketing her image for a profit in pool.
