Help for my dream

Here's a suggestion. I mean, if you are the best in your area. Play in every tournament you can there. If there are a few money leagues, build an all star team, and maybe even give a few lessons. Play some cash games. And all money goes into your "pool account" to use on the tournament you chose to go to .

Earn the money yourself from pool, and let pool finance your dream. Not sure why all the other folks who work full time with families need to pay your way to play pool. Also, nothing on your site includes anything about how this "investment" is going to help them if you win a few big tourney's ??

Are you spreading the cheese after you win ?
This 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a serious note here, those other guys before me are obviously pranksters. AZB has : 46,618 members, if I could get each and every member to spare a mere $2.00, (who does not have an extra $2.00 they can share with those less fortunate) I will have $96,236.00, which should achieve my goal of purchasing a new Corvette. I would like to thank you in advance for your generosity.

I was in for the full amount but you didn't provide a link so I gave the $96,000 to a guy on the corner that wanted sex change surgery instead. He at least promised me a post-surgery date.

Mr. Dix. Good luck with your venture. You should get together with Rhea and have her show you how it is done, on the road!

Mr. Dix, when you get rich and famous, will you buy me a new pool cue? Preferably one of those new-fangled ones that are LD. I've been at this here exit ramp already for two hours and nothin' yet! Damn, this is hard work.

Great player with a ton of heart. Straight as they get.
Very strong player that's capable of beating almost anyone

That still doesn't answer my questions... What has he won? What is his skill level? What is his highest pack on a 9foot? Has he even won any amateur national events?

The title of your thread should be "help with my pipe dream"

I am embarrassed for you and your family.

Hey don't forget me.....My painting skills are good.......best stick people art in the world I imagine.......need about $175k for two yrs of study abroad.
And remember that you can also get mentioned in my autobiography book if you donate enough.......Why not become a patron of the arts and send me money.
Don't forget to send as a Paypal gift or else just send a federal funds transfer......call me for my bank routing & DDA info if you intend to wire funds.

Won GSBT several times. AA player. No drugs.
Don't know about the packages but he's a great player with a monster break

There is no real money in playing pool despite the nonsense you often read in this forum. Learn a trade....get a job and play all the pool you want on weekends. Even most of the best known players of 20 to 30 years ago are still trying to scratch together a living....unless they've picked up another job.

This has already been tried in the art realm remember that movie 9ball that was taking donations from all the APA players who wanted their names listed in the credits?

This is a joke, right? :/???

You can not be serious? I can not believe I wasted the time to read this nonsense. Anyone who hates their money, here is an option.

This is so absurd I do not know how to respond! Wish I had the 5 minutes back.

If he plays as good as people say he does, shouldn't he be able to find a stakehorse or make enough playing smaller tournaments and gambling to fund his own hobby?

I don't care if he plays better than Max Eberle, the only way a poolplayer is getting any cash outta me is to post up and play for it.

Yes Phil........just tugging on trouser legs........By the way, my stick people drawings typically suck too..........I usually draw the heads too big.

Just being totally facetious.....never thought anyone might take it as real........an unintentional "War of the Worlds" broadcast outcome.

But good luck, by all means, I hope your dream comes true!
