As I'm looking at a lot of on line sites for Porper cases I'm seeing a lot of discontinued and out of stock.
Is Porper not making cases anymore?
That's a very nice looking case - and if it's real leather - I'd say you got a good deal ... Pay the man.
(it's a bit more flashy than I like to take out - but it is impressive)
For myself: I can't say I'm very impressed with customer service when it comes to JB cases .. but I did just order one. The overwhelming consensus from very knowledgeable folks here on AZB kinda pushed me into it. I still think many of the cases are somewhat overpriced ... but supposedly the quality is top of the line. We shall see.
edit: Oh, and I did get one for under $300
What did we do wrong? I am not impressed with our customer service either. Maybe I should raise the prices to be able to afford some dedicated customer service reps.![]()
Me likum black one.

Which one do you like between these two?
I'll drop you an email on Tuesday (after my order arrives), and fill in the blanks. Hopefully I'll be very happy with my new case. I did make a change in the order by phone 10 minutes after I made the online order - I'm hoping to post a very happy response come Tuesday.
As far as raising your prices? ... up to you.![]()
I think you are saying that kinda with tongue in cheek but I have seen first hand some terrible businesses with horrible service and their answer was to charge more , not only did they always seem to get what they wanted , in a few years they sell the business for 5 times what it is worth.
I have an opinion about why I think it happens like this , but I might just be kookoo.
That's a whole other conversation. People sometimes have an inverse relationship to price where sometimes a company that charges a lot and gives horrible service is somehow seen as being more desirable. Kind of like how people stay with those who treat them like crap to the point that any affection triggers euphoric responses.
Why don't you take your problem with your customer to your own thread or PM.
I am sorry I didn't realize that we each get ownership of all the discussion points in a thread?
You asked for help to purchase a case and you got one so what's the issue now? Is there some reason why people can't have a separate conversation based on other points raised in a thread?
I also have NO PROBLEM with my customer that I know of but I will discuss whatever I want to wherever the conversation happens to take place unless there is some compelling reason not to.
So now you know WHY I don't take it to PM or another thread. You don't OWN this thread or any thread on AZB as far as I know and no harm has come to you through any side discussion about cases that has arisen through a thread that you started.
