Hi, I am a stay at home dad. My wife will not give a high enough allowance to buy a high dollar (2,000 plus) cue. I shoot every day during nap time and I Only shoot with Predator 2k2 pre cat 314 and a old adam I had converted. 3/8 11 pin and Sickles shaft.
So if anyone is interested in donating a high dollar cue to me I will take a picture of me shooting with it daily! Not just once but daily!
Also fill free to donate a newer pool table, light and Pool chairs of course only high end!
Thanks in advance for your generosity!

You're serious?? If not, stop the stupid "help me, I need a $2000 cue" posting. If you ARE serious, you're in need of no charity as you already have perfectly fine cues. And if you're serious, there's a word for people like you.. MOOCH!!

Oh, poor you! Just a lousy Predator 2k2. I feel your pain man.
And what a B**ch your wife is - not allowing her unemployed husband buy a $2000 cue. That is totally insane. My God! How do you live with that man?
I have an idea though. Give your cues to your wife to hide somewhere, go find a job, then after you get your paycheck go to local Walmart and buy a pool cue. Shoot with it for a month and take pictures daily. After a month of working full time, shooting pool at night, go back to your wife and get those hidden cues back. Start shooting with them.
I guarantee that you will find that 2k2 to be the best stick in the world.
And wife may be happy for a change - husband finally works.

As far as I'm concerned, joke or with sincerity, you should be banned for this thread. You belong panhandling somewhere or relegated to Craigslist!!

What a JOKE....Find a couple more to babysit and save the extra income to buy your cue...Or get a JOB....Like most of us....

Where's the kind words
I work harder now raising my 2 boy than I did the first 20 years of employment. I worked to pay for my wifes 2 degrees! I love being a stay at home dad.
I do believe in helping out others, Food, clothing and work around the house for those can not help themselfs. But why is it seem so crazy that I ask for 2,000 PLUS cue. When everyone soo generous giving pool stuff to someone in all case's I have seen are able to work and could buy there own pool stuff like the rest of us who have worked hard for what we have. Just a Thought

Why? Seriously.. why?? You are definitely a MOOCH!! The only difference in play between a $2000 cue and what you have is the "extras" like inlays. You have a perfectly good cue, yet you want someone here to GIVE you a $2000 cue. You need some serious help if you cannot see how that is wrong. By the way, enjoy your red reputation. You'll have fun for years to come trying to buy or sell here.

If you cant shoot well with a 2k2, and I hate predators. Maybe you should reconsider shooting pool... Maybe you should spend your time seeking employment instead of shooting pool. I shoot with my back up when I gamble, its a 95$ players cue. Very rarely do I lose, if I can shoot with it you can shoot with a predator and be fine.

Maybe learn the concept of a dollar?
and here is a free lesson from a relative newbie
If you dont respect what you have, you are certainly not deserving of anything more.

Check with Obummer, I do believe that is his specialty.

To all who read this and see that this moron is serious.. PLEASE add to his red reputation so that no one is EVER able to forget how and why he earned it!

Wow WHAT A BUMMER! I have several cues that I don't want any more but the darn things are appraised between $1800 to $1950. Sorry I cant help:(

Misplaced sarcasm

Hi all

I don't normally post on these non-sale related topics; but it seems to me as thou Mr. Miller time isn't really looking for a "gift" of a high dollar cue; rather he is being critical of the AZ communities generosity to those very few posters looking to help out either a young or new player with modest equipment. Maybe his name should be green eyes.

I hope that those who may have been helped by this AZ family take no offense to Millers' jealousy.

Maybe I am wrong, but during this holiday season and current tragic events, we should all be happy that some people help others and hope that acts of kindness are appreciated by even non-recipients.

Happy holidays to all

Well, I do have an old Joss with quite a lot of inlay you can shoot with... it's about a $1500 cue.....I don't play with it anymore.... so enjoy it...

Please post your name and address and I should be able to get this out before Xmas.

All this and I'm whining because I can't fund a measly, wrapless, Predator P3. Perhaps I wasn't aiming high enough? I should have shot for the original Balabushka, *darn*

all kinds of ppl

It takes all kinds of people to destroy any kind of Christmas cheer or to ruin the gift of giving.

i am sorry but i know alot of people who would be thrilled to shoot with the cue you shoot with... there are several people in my apa area who play weekly and dont even own their own cue... so i think you should just suck it up and deal with it... its one thing if you have fallen onto hard times and really couldnt afford anything but this is really bad taste...
