Just a reminder that if you want to play in the AZB/onepocket.org Forum Members Room at the 2008 DCC; contributions must be in to Steve Lomako by December 15th.

We must have at least 50 paying members to make this thing happen.

See you in Louisville.

I'll get you a donation in the mail in a day or two. I probably won't be in there much but I like to help the cause.

BTW- How many are signed up?

KD,
I believe we have about 22 paying members signed up so far.

Remember that all who contribute are eligible for prizes. Donated merchandise (including the Jack Justis personalized "DCC" RoadRunner case that he has donated each year) will be raffled off to all who contribute; whether they attend the DCC or not.

Hey Willie,
Will be there the 5th thru the 9th. What is the amount of a suitable donation to play in the AZ room? How do you send it to Steve?
Signed up for the one pocket, mostly for the passes to all events for my wife and I.
Are you going to run an Az tourney in the AZ room?

Wayne,
Here is a link to the sticky thread with the official details: http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=78251

Playing privileges require a donation of $25; send it to Steve Lomako (address in the thread above).

As in past years, we will try to have several "AZB tourneys" in the room with appropriate prizes. Last year we did a 9-ball tournament and a Q Skill Challenge tournament. It's fun, and everyone can use the cash.

Hope to see you again in January.

I am planning on being there also, What is the recomended donation for the room? I will be having surgery on my hand again a few weeks prior so I don't know how much playing I will be able to do but I would like to hang out. Chris.

Will be sending my check tonight.

Unfortunately, it looks like I won't be able to make it again... saving up some money to get married probably next year, so I'm being a tad frugal on the big trips. I really want to go though... had a awesome time in 2005!

OH THE IRONY! SAVING MONEY SO YOU CAN NEVER HAVE MONEY AGAIN LOL!!! Just kidding good luck to you with the wedding. Hey, perhaps a wedding at DCC = win win. Chris.

I will not be having a wedding at the DCC but I will be celebrating a birthday on January 10th. I probably wont make it over to the hotel that night, but I do hope I can get at a few birthday beers from you guys somewhere along the way! :D

Bomb-man,
Wasn't it Eddie Felsen who said, "a beer won is twice as sweet as a beer given"???? Or something like that. DCC tradition would be for you to WIN your beer (anyone giving you a beer at DCC is probably trying to load you up to take advantage of you later on the table.....).

Congradulations
