All you have to do is register on his thread. It's a pretty good book, if I say so myself, and If I am permitted a little name dropping, I got a nice thank you note from Johnny Depp for one I sent him. He sent a picture too, but it lived it's first night under my wife's pillow. Anyone want to buy a scrunched up picture of J.D.?
