i see random matches popping up on my youtube feed but can't find any brackets. how are corey, dennis, alex doing? i assume melling, darren are playing too
Same here.Thanks. Don't follow the stuff but I do skim whatever comes up.
not sure? but i think the terms
‘finals’ and ‘grand finals’
don’t really mean ‘final match’
it’s more like ‘the playoffs’
nope. never gonna be popular in the US.With the big money involved in this, I wonder if these tables and games will invade the USA.
If American players would like to have a serious shot at this money, they need local action; they can't travel to China every Monday and Thursday....
I find it funny that they handicap women and take the last ball off the table.
Kelly Fisher really doesn't need to get handicap from Chirs Melling... (She won)
I think that he is on the loser side nowwas he eliminated?
They tried and failed years back.nope. never gonna be popular in the US.
You can't get people on a 9ft. On what planet would anyone expect this snoozefest game to take off here? Never gonna happen. The average JoePublic banger would take an hour to play one game. Maybe.Yeah, that game is too hard for America at large.
Both the skill to play well and the cost of equipment...
There was an "Americas Heyball Championship" last year in Quincy, IL, at the same time as the junior pool nationals. Corey Deuel won it. There's a thread about it.They tried and failed years back.
SVB despises these tables.
I had one at my room....extremely tough.
I find Heyball boring as hell, but I also find the World 8ball Championship boring as hell. I think the folks at Heyball realize that if 8ball is to be something other than just a breaking contest, the pockets must be super-tight. I get where they are coming from, but I find it very hard to watch,You can't get people on a 9ft. On what planet would anyone expect this snoozefest game to take off here? Never gonna happen. That’s a good one.no info on the progress of our guys (american pool players)?
Yep, that handicap is too much to fade for even some of the top men players. Chen Siming is even harder to beat with that spot.I find it funny that they handicap women and take the last ball off the table.
