Hitting balls

Dave, ain't nothing better than playing pool, cold beer, good tunes and a great cigar. My supply of little Cohibas is getting low and I is distressed.

what blues cd

Donald Ray Johnson, "Travelin' Man".

Saw Donald Ray at SunBanks Blues Festival here in WA state about two years ago... a helluva great act.

My wife and I do the Festival twice a year... spring and fall... have been for the past 10 years or so.

Here's a link to the festival... http://www.sunbanksfestival.com/

It takes place at SunBanks Resort, which is on the shores of Banks Lake, which is the lake just below Grand Coulee Dam in eastern WA.

And here's a link to Donald Ray if you're interested... http://www.donaldray.com/

Billiards, Blues, and Bourbon. Nothin' but a great night!!!

I keep my CD trays loaded with Blues set on Random Play anytime I'm shooting at home! I've got around 200 Blues CD's.

No cigars though.

I should add that if you ever make it out here to the Seattle area, we can hit balls, down some cold ones, listen to some great tunes, enjoy a fine cigar... and then.... GO FOR A RIDE.

Here's a pic of my garage.

Been working 7 12's for a few weeks. About 5 more weeks to go. Would much rather be playing on my freshly recovered table with new Ridgeback rails and my new Duramith ball set. My league play is suffering as well.

Nice setup

Nice setup Dave. Looks like you have been playing a little 10 Ball. I don't see anywhere to keep the beer cold? :)

Joe - Scroll right brother. I've got a 30 C.F. Trio out there as well.

PLENTY of cold beer for guests.

I wish I were, that's a good setup you've got there. I can see you take pride in your 'man cave' :) I've gotta drive 45 minutes to hit balls and none of the music is in english. I tell ya, it's not quite the same.

Dave, that is a very nice room. With your bikes in there, it makes it even sweeter. Over the winter, many moons ago, I had my old 76 Electra Glide in the living room of my place, as I was building it up of course. I had to stop when it got too big to take out the back door.

The old 76 as it was being re built. Still have it but I think its going up for sale this spring.
Maybe find me someone that has a Balabushka or a Gus. I might consider it.
Engine is done, both top and bottom, not even broken in yet and is under 30K original miles.
Not too many of these around any longer.

And now, it is easy to tell why I call myself, Blue Hog. Pool happily takes up my spare time now and I don't have any time left to wrench properly. Something has to go and it isn't pool.

In my refinished garage hitting balls, listening to a favorite blues CD and smoking a great cigar. Life is good.

Anybody else hitting balls right now?

You're telling me you have a refinished garage, a pool table, a motorcycle and not a smart phone?

That's all you need to stream
