Instead they are investing a lot of money in moving the casino just off the boat and improving the food/meeting area. Hopefully, the flooding is only the roads. Thing is, the convention center of the Horseshoe is closer to the river and on somewhat lower ground. It's also not part of the building that floats (unlike the casino portion).
Hopefully, its not as bad as it seems.
