How can u tell if you just got ripped off?

If hes in your country thes yes hes full of crap, but if hes not in your country ie your in the USA and the seller is from Canada then its a good possabillity hes telling you the truth.
Either way just wait a few days and if nothing comes to your door or the tracking info still does not work then email or call the seller, if that does not work file a claim if you paid via paypal.

It's doubtful you have a tracking number, unless he shipped them Express Mail. You probably have a Delivery Confirmation number, which is only going to tell you it was either scheduled for shipping or shipped at the Post Office. It is hard to get information from the USPS website using a "click and ship" number( label printed using the Post Office's web-site), you have to call the 800 number for those. He would have a customs number for International shipments that are only good for verifying the item has passed through customs. Good luck.
He could be on the up and up. If he has a good I-trader rating, he's problably trustworthy. If he's out of the country it could take about 2 weeks to get them. Hope things work out for you.
You're fine. You have nothing to worry about. Strangers are usually trustworthy. It's friends and relatives you have to keep an eye on. And some girlfirends - but you know which ones.

Doesn't sound like crap to me. What does catch my attention is that you came on line an posted something the seller is going to see.
You just questioned his honesty publicly, Come on dude, have a little patients. Really, who's going to rip you off for a couple of tips?
I'm pretty sure a persons reputation is worth a lot more than that.

Hmmm nice to hear from you... I guess...
You have contacted me on a daily basis and as you know there was a few days delay on sending out your complete order of Kamui tips due to the overwhelming demand and my backorder on Kamui Black soft tips. Having said that, as soon as I got them your package was the first one to be sent out. Having said that, I shipped your tips and got the USPS Customs label number that usually shows up in their tracking system online once it clears customs.
I just got off the USPS local office here and they told me it can take between 5-10 days or sometimes more depending on the area that you live in Canada.
So, my advice to you is to be more patient... You do have my cell number, my personal email address and my pm information, so I am a bit surprised to say the least by your post.
Also, I am sure, the most, I mean the most (worst case scenario) by the end of next week you will get your tips.
If you don't I will give you 2 options..
1 - Send you another set of tips
or
2 - Your money back.
Patience is a virtue that unfortunately not everybody has...

Like everyone else posted here, Tony is legit! Don't sweat it though. I sent a cue to Canada a short while back and it got stuck in customs for 4 weeks.. My buyer was patient though and continued to communicate with me.. Canadian customs may hold it up a bit but it looks like Tony has fulfilled his end of the bargain.
I am glad I did not sent tips with ivory pads :nono:
Being from Canada, you have to a little patient. USPS and Canada Post are pretty fast. Items can and do sit in Customs for quite along time.
