I'm not aware of a way to draw on the diagram but if you are asking how to arrange the balls, left click on a ball and drag it to the desired location.

Because it doesn't work for a lot of people and it has been known to distribute malware/viruses? Maybe it has been fixed but it has had problems too many times for me.

The program the OP listed does not have line drawing capability. As mentioned, you have to use something like paint to add lines.

I use a program called FastStone Image Viewer. It used to be freeware but I don't think it is anymore.

I tried going to CueTable site today at work and had a million pop-ups take over my work computer. had to do a forced shut-down so my work network wouldnt get attacked.

too bad, Cue-Table was a great tool. maybe this new site will update there program with some more features.
