I ordered two items from US and one that I ordered a day before the second one is already shipped from US towards me, but the second one is still in starting "Pre-Shipment" - "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" status, for 5 days now, in a US post office in Van Nuys, CA 91401.
I've been trying to find out why hasn't been anything done with it for 5 days, but no luck, I got an answer on their (USPS) FB page that they can't do anything about it, I can only call that post office, but I can't since I'm from Europe, and their website is also set up just for questions about local US deliveries, no international ones.
Does anyone know any email in the USPS that I can send my questions about this item and its status and if the shipping can be speeded up, since its been sent as a Priority Mail I thought it would be faster than this?
Thank you in advance, I really want this item as soon as possible.
P.S. This USPS post office in Van Nuys has some bad comments about being late with shipping.
