It was a really very easy layout,no clusters or anything else that could go wrong. But i manage to do it wrong way ;)
Reason why i played posion from 5 to 6 is that i saw some customers taking my favourite table that i intented to train on after this match. Its so annoying that things like that can destroy my game. Those are my demons,i can hear i see everything around me.Im like soldier on night watch and its driving me creazy.Do you guys know what to do to get into the zone?

Rly no one can give any advise how to focus?i rly need that

Maybe focus is what you need. You've got the shots. I especially like your second break shot. Did you call "push" before that one? ;)

Looks like you have a lot of up and down movement to your stroke. Just doing a little visual observation :). Good shooting though! I hear ya on the cheap tables, I just got my GCIV and what a difference!

The hardest thing about an easy layout is keeping it easy.

In your case you got too straight on the five ball. Your position should have been closer to where the four ball layed. This would have given you more control on position for the six. However very nice shooting.

Yeah, I second this. Good shooting, like especially the 8! Nice shot.

But looks like your arm has a lot of up and down movement, much like Mike Davis. Does not have to be bad, after all Mike Davis has played on the Mosconi Cup :p

14-1 lover: You are from Poland, right? From where in Poland? Do you play any Eurotour's?

heh just a bit showoff:) but seriously, this video shows exactly what is my biggest problem(mind).About stance, for a very long time i've played with snooker\european position at the table. But some time ago i discovered that if i dont lean so low i can see more and whats more ipormtant,my arm i moving straight forward.ANother thing is taht i got 6'3" height so i got long arms but my grip is on wrap, not on the end of butt. Most of my friends keeping cue at the very end but its dosent work for me.ofc if i grab cue on wrap i have to move my elbow up&down to hit cueball. But if i got to choose betwen up&down or sideways movment............:)You can see that i hiting straight forward,so its not so bad.As for the position on 5,yea i went bit to far with CB,but still i should play that easy, without any haste.
Im from Gdansk(city where the II WW begins unfortunetly) and i never played on EuroTour.Maybe next month i'll get a sponsor. Then i'll be able to travel around europe to play. But right now its too expensvie for me :(
Thx for the tip with this tennis book:D

I've played a lot with a "local hero" road player by the name of Bobby Pickle. I complained about being too easily distracted and he started walking around the table while I was shooting...asking me questions about what I was thinking and lots of other sharking kind of things.

I REALLY helped and I made my poor, long suffering wife do the same thing at home.

Also, just as in golf, it helps to have one or two "swing thoughts" to concentrate on...because if you are concentrating on them at least your mind is not wandering.

For me, it is a SLOW final backstroke...like an archer with a bow and a SMOOTHLY accelerating forward stroke.

When I miss, I OFTEN realize that I wasn't concentrating on ANYTHING...just two-stroked it. Costs me every time.

And I would suggest that you drill extensively on CB distance control. You overran shape on both the 2 (follow) and 6 balls (draw) but made GREAT recovery shots.

First off great shooting! It just looks to me like you are not staying focused. It helps me stay focused when I take extra time to really think through all the patterns and the problems that I could run into if I got out of line on a particular shot. If I do get slightly out of line on a shot, it helps to really think it through to see if there might be a new better pattern.

Going from the 5 to the 6, the only real risk was going too deep and ending up near the bottom rail, which is what you did. If you had ended up too high, even as far up as the side pocket, you would still have had a better shot than being on the end rail.

When I got out of line on the 5, that is what I would have been thinking about when I re-evaluated the patterns. I would have been thinking of playing it just a little higher than ideal, so if I was off and went a bit too deep I would still be ok, and if I came too high I still had a decent shot also. Just focus on not going too deep. It just looks like you need to force yourself to think things through a little more and to anticipate what the position problems could be, and focus on making sure you will still be on the right side of the ball even if you a little bit off with your position.

Get your cueball a navigational system / read "pleasures of small motions" / profit.

About walking around table, sking questiona etc,its the part of Polish national team practice routine. But i think its about acceptation of this distraction or not.If im on practice and i know that sharking is part of it i wont get mad and hasty. But if customers start to act noisy arghhhhhh i cant take it.Same thing with friends,if they talking about something while im playing,i wanna be a part in this discussion but at the same time i want to play.Effect is always the same.
Same thing with "thinking about nothing",you said that happend to you sometimes,i got that more often.I know what i need to do and what i want to do,i lean to the shot and suddenly my head is empty it so....at least i know whats wrong but im still searching the right way to get rid of it

About my position on 2&5,yes i overrun both.On this table and this cloth im gettin CB to far often, too often. Its annoying when you are dead straight on table with such tide pockets. When im focused and i think about my game,im always a 2-3inches shorter on position,so i got better angles and if i hit to ahrd i'll be still good.
THX for advise, ill try to concentrate on my hit instead of thinking about anything;)
