I really enjoy coming on here & reading all the posts about pool along with the back & forth between everyone. It just seems like there's lots of name calling, insulting, & rudeness going on as well, is it always like this? I love debating & discussing as much as the next person but it can be done without all the animosity; people are always going to disagree but it is possible to get that across without the arguing.

You seem like a really nice person. Don't let the arguing here or the disagreements, or the "wars" get you down. I've been here a whole two months already; posted a lot to let some here get to know me.
There is a lot of good informaton in AZ forum threads, but as someone has already said: You do need to go in and dig it out. Just like life itself, there is a little of everything here !
I try to think of this place kinda like a family reunion under a tent in summer with a library in the middle. (You really just wanna go read a book in a comfortable environment with some peace and quiet,.... but ya gotta make your way thru the tent to get there!).
You are gonna see your drunk relatives,.... the one who talks too much,... the hermit,..... the lady who never remembers your name,..... the one that dresses funny,.. etc. etc. You are also going to see a lot of people you have not seen in awhile, and a lot of people who are there having a good time !
All that said: AZ is a microcosm of life itself. Take the bad along wwith the good, and steer clear of those who profess to have achieved the alchemy of billiards.

Some people in this forum are just plain jerks. You know the type, arguing if it's wet, right after the rain.

Anyhoo, there are also many posters here, that are very informative. So, you have to take the good with the bad.

Ditto. People on here hide behind a computer so its easy to speak their minds or state unintelligent opinions and are not scared to call you out or just come over as plain rude.
