I just won the lottery and I'm giving everyone here $4K to buy a cue!

From my experience

I would have to say it would be a Lambros, because I know how it hits. and it is the best hit I have experienced to date. So I would get the fancy, up to 4k.

I would spend it on women, gambling, drugs and alcohol........

The rest I would waste....

Cruel but funny!

No doubt, a cruel joke, I was gonna ask if I could just have the PFD and u keep the rest of the 4000! But I would go with either a PFD, Gina, or Hercek. Can u get a Hercek for 4K??

If you don't mind, I'd spend the $4k on a Diamond table, seriously doubt that a $4k cue would make any difference in my game.

I haven't played with many cues in my life so to me a cue is still a tapered piece of wood with leather at the end. I'd probably throw down $500 maximum on a cue, maybe a Mezz with a WD700.

I'd have Marshall Piercey make me a matched set, player, breaker and jump cue.

In one of those fantastic woodstyles he has.

Richard Chudy

I would buy a Richard Chudy "Dancing Wings" in ebony and ivory, with an ivory joint, ivory butt cap. Then I would send you a big thank you note, here azbilliards.

Wow! Lots of great replies. Thank you for your input!

Most of you have confirmed my suspicions and restored my faith that were not all sheep. :p

If you had won the lottery, and would have like to give my 4K, I would go to Big 5 Sporting Good, and Buy TENNIS SHOES, and take them to US VETS to pass out to the Homeless Vets who need shoes.

Because I do not need a Cue! JMHO.

What to do with $4k Lottery money as a good investment...

I have most of the cues in my collection that I want except I don't have a Dennis Searing cue yet. But I did get a chance to play with one when I was replacing a linen wrap to Elephant ear wrap for "thediamond" Simon. Well balance, piloted SS joint fit very nice and play great. I think I would go for Dennis Searing cue for my $4,000 Lottery money.

For $4,000 you might get 2 shafts with simple joint protectors... That's about it. Considering his "simple" player cues start around $6,000, you would be a little short. They do play perfectly though....

I would search high and low to find a cue by Dennis Searing similar to mine. Considering playability, customer service and most importantly resale value - he is the one.

Doesn't it suck to spend $4,000 on a cue and realize it's only worth $2,500 when you try to sell it?

Very good thread because it's enough money to get a high quality cue but not going overboard.
