Nice Windows

Thank you for adding your windows:woot:, set your camera to macro:thumbup:. poolrod.

You also might want to get a tripod, some of those pics are a little blurry. A cheap tripod and the camera timer can really help picture quality. Good luck.

Same one I posted before, but better pics. The cue should be done today.

It is by Bob Danielson:

I'll bet you can't wait to hit a ball.:bash: Thanks for sharing it.

I got a chance to last night - this thing is solid with a great feel. I'll do a full review after I get some more play with it under my belt. I love it though. Here it is complete:

I have another cue coming with windows too, a Chad Carter, but it isn't ready for pics yet.

Looks great.

Looks great and hits good. Sounds like a keeper to me:thumbup:. Nice looking cue.

I'll have a Chad Carter Amboyna handle/ebony sleeve, and amboyna windows at some point in the next month or so. So nothing new from me until then.

OK poolrod, here's one I recently picked up from Ernie. Sorry about the glare from the table lights, the finish on this cue is sick!

WOW!

There are some great old-school (and new-school) cues in this thread!

Here's my only window cue at the moment, the mate to the OP's Richard Black After six from '78. Mine is from '79 or '80... Mine is 59" and has over-length shafts for the increase that even Richard thought was a bit odd... Says it must have been special ordered that way as he always split them in the middle.

I just had him make me two more 13.25mm old-growth shafts (the dark 'yellow' maple), for a total of four.

Pics attached are old, from when I first received the cue after the spa treatment. The cortland linen is not quite as pristine now, and the shafts not as sterile as shown, because it plays nicely... I just realized from the date on the pics that I have had this nearly five years... That says something!

Enjoy!

The cue could have been made by any top cuemaker. It has that look. If you didn't design it, I think you would have, and not changed anything. Jerry makes great cues. Thank you for showing it off.
