i went over and watched them set up the TV table at the Derby, It was cool its a great looking table 3 piece slate, all the lights, camersa etc wow.

I have been playing bad the past few days so I decided the best move was to not play for a while so yesterday, today i'm not gonna hit a ball. my back has been real bad worse its been in months, i have a lot on my mind(business shit) and this 10 ball ring game will be good for me to clear my mind. I dont know who is gonna show up; Fatboy that can catch a gear or fatboy who couldnt run 5 balls in a row 2 nights ago. thats not an exgerration, i was playing worse than I spell.


So were all gonna see what i'm made of, putting it all out there for everyone, no excuses, no fear, no nothing just what i'm made of. i talked to one of the guys in the game and I told him I probably couldnt beat anyone in the game with the 5 and the break and he laughed, i told him its true, I said "Look my $$$ is made so I dont have to lie" he believed me and looked at me like I'm nuts, for me its about the experience of being there, this was game is the only way i'm gonna see what I'm made of and if grady lets me play again next year we'll see how much progress I have made.

So there it is all out on the table....

good luck man and don't keep thinking about how you're the worst player there and the like. you deserve to be there and you can play! that's all there is to it!

I thought all Diamond tables were one piece slates, when did they change??

A friend of mine said you're one of the good guys, so here's a friendly word of encouragement. By showing some stones and getting in there with the big boys you already won. Whatever you do from this point is all gravy, so just enjoy it. There's no tv, no opponents, just you and the table. Everything else is just trivial so don't worry about it. Best of luck, and remember anyone can beat anyone at any time- especially in a ring game. Have a blast man!!
