if i had the means, i would leuve to try do something that had the same end result. not one bit for my own purpose other than the feeling of having done something many people with a mutual interest will reward from. i would probably do it w/o much announcement. but, i don't have the means so it's only speculation.

I will walk the walk because I talked the talked the talk, dont worry about that, dont worry about my bank roll watch and see what I do thats what matters, I dont count other peoples $$$ as its a weak move, As far as doing a tournment with added $$$ its already been talked about with alot of "Big" people in the biz, I just have to sort out a way to make it work for me, I'm not gonna add 25 dimes for the hell of it, i'm not reckless. I hope I can figure it out.
sorry if I pissed anyone off that was never my intention, why would I want to do that? I like friends, pool, action. And thats all possible, i challenge anyone to read all 2900 of my posts and see one insult, or negitative comment, I have more class than that, and yeah i'm proud of my accomplishments, I see people everydasy showing pictures of their kids to others, well I dont have kids so If I show a car or let some one drive one or sit in it for a picture that makes me a bad guy, its all about sharing, it can be done shareing with out gloating. think about it...

I was just commenting that if you could play someone that is pretty well known, like Boy George, with no spot, that it would help some of the people here understand your speed. I doubt if anyone would have had a problem with Boy George playing in the Ring Game, although they would have thought he was a big underdog.
My thought is if you play that speed or higher than people shouldn't have a problem with you playing in the Ring Game.

The Fat Cat Ring Game.
What they really need is a ring game with Collection Guru, Fatboy, NYC Dude, Williebetmore and SmorgassBored in the same tournament. That would be a riot and fun to watch and they could call it THE FAT CAT RING GAME.
I hope none of you are offended by me calling you Fat Cats. Williebetmore is more of an alley cat than a Fat Cat and SmorgassBored is more of a street cat than a Fat Cat but can easily pass for a FAT CAT.
With a little digging I could probably come up with a couple of other appropriate players for the ring game. Oh yeah, I would have to add in two FAT CATS from New Orleans, Humphrey, (author or the Green Felt Jungle) and Randy Whalen, gin rummy go off and retiree at 35 years of age.
Mark Moore, retired airline pilot, retired cuemaker, gambler and wannabee poolplayer deserves to be in the FAT CAT Ring Game, maybe more so than some of the others. He might want to see the individual entry fee raised to 5K each.
