one gadget I always thought was secretly great, even though it looked ridiculous, was Earl's homemade finger bridge. It was little cardboard tubes that slipped over your four fingers, so you could easily elevate your bridge when treetopped. It looked very stable, especially in situations where you are too far to reach easily but not so far a bridge is needed.
At the risk of jumping the gun, I'm going to say that is one of the stupidest pool ideas I've ever seen. It introduces another variable into a motion where you want to reduce the variables. How can it be more stable than a direct hand bridge?

Why use anything. Your knuckles are already that shape. I suppose they could act as Brass knuckles...if they were brass.
There's a guy here in town that shoots like that...we call him 'Knuckles"...if you can imagine that.

I was born with my hand naturally shaped like that. It was caused by my mother accidentally ingesting Kamui chalk while she was pregnant with me. It also explains why I am fluent in Japanese.
