And its costing you how much??Really enjoying how the production looks like 1996
i'm watching that on pro cue tv yt channel.I paid the one day fee for all of today's matches. How in the hell do I access the matches other than Yapp-Sky? Specifically Table 15 with Atencio vs Sanchez Ruiz. According to the Live Score page, it's in progress, but where is the link to view it? All I'm getting on Table 15 now is some guy in a plaid shirt practicing like he was waiting for a league match to start.
It's 6-6 now, timeout.yapp-sky getting ready to start.
Sky shot .949 and lost!
Yes, but.... In the last rack, I think Sky should have played the 4-5 carom like Jerry McWorter pointed out.Right?! Yapp is a monster.
I imagine Bob means when Sky had ball in hand for the 3-ball in the side. He decided to break apart the 4 and 5 rather than just play the cue ball down to the short rail and play the 4/5 carom. He successfully broke apart the 4 and 5 but had no shot on the 4 and played the ill-fated safe on the 4.Yeah, maybe. He looked at it, but didn't get where he wanted (needed?) to be for it. In that situation, under that kind of pressure? I ain't gonna second-guess the guy, especially given how he's played the whole match.

I did not enjoy the commentary in this match. Too much talk, talk, talk where they were actually talking over each other. They seemed to feel like they had to take up every moment of airtime with conversation. A moment or two of silence between shots would have been a relief. And Mike starting so many comments with "I would have done this or I wouldn't have done that." Too much me, me, me. Jerry played right into it reminding us how great Mike once was several times. Sometimes commentators forget the cardinal rule of commentating - it's not about them, it's about the guys out there on the table.i had the volume off (sigel talks about himself way too much for me) but i pointed out the same thing, his attempt to break open the 4/5 was too aggressive and if it had worked it would have been extremely lucky
not a healthy intelligent choice hill/hill with ball in hand

I also thought the carom was much trickier than it first appeared. Sky is no dummy. If it were the right shot, he'd have shot it.maybe the carom wasn't that good, we don't see what the players see. wasn't the short side an option?
regarding sigel's commentary, i could fade it this match, he was even highly complimentary towards the players and the pro level guys in general. both comms were wrong about TPA 1.000 occurrences though. efren has done it too, and ko ping chung did it in the US open (against poor yapp). and filler has done it at DCC i think, tv table.
personally i'm no fan of shutouts, it's crazy impressive of course, but this kind of match that sky and yapp put on is great fun to watch. it was really thrilling.
This wasn't a slightAnd its costing you how much??
