invisible members????

Here, here....

I will pass on to you a correction that was passed on to me concerning a post I made several years ago on this very forum.

It is actually "hear, hear" like in hear what is being said. :)

I'm invisible here, on Inside Pool, Myspace, and Facebook. My Gmail chat is usually set to away, as well.

I simply am not online to be bothered with chatting. If you want to communicate, send me a message/pm and I'll respond when I am available.

Duke, you seem like a nice person, but you appear to be aggravated easily. When you were on my friends list on myspace, I saw these bulletins from you all the time. I deleted you because it quickly became annoying. You complain about people ignoring you, your bulletins, whatever. Maybe you should spend some more time away from the computer.

FWIW.

lol @ this thread. Give people some space man. Just leave a message and they'll get back to you, or not. Find something else to do in the mean time. Be patient.

Also, lol @ Marissa's post (good post). About 95% of MySpace Bulletins are annoying as all hell and make me want to delete the person who sent it from my friends list. I usually don't even read them.

The worst ones are those stupid chain letters that say you'll find true love if you repost and that something bad will happen if you don't repost within 15 minutes. I even got one that said my mom would die if I didn't forward it. What kind of crack does someone have to be smoking to actually send that to their friends? It must be the really powerful kind.

Now whear's the fun in that?? ;)

I set myself invisible because I like to drive other forum members crazy and push them to the brink of insanity where they start diatribe-like threads in protest. imo.

Those chain bulletins that have been circulating since 1876 are no joke. Bill Gates really will give .05468 cents to a one-armed, one-legged boy in Kazakstan every time you forward it to 843 people in seven seconds and your dog will stop loving you if you don't.

What Do you Mean, You Can't See Me ? Beam Me UP.....dammit !

Public service announcement: Those myspace bulletins aren't even sent out by the user half the time. People's myspace pages are easily hijacked and spammers use their account. If you are signed in and and you click on someone's page that has been hijacked it will ask you to sign in again. Now they have your password too. If you are sending out bulletins that aren't yours you need to change your password.

Oh and all those fun surveys where they ask your pet's name or your mother's name along with all those innocent sounding questions like who you last kissed etc. Yeah those are used to steal bank account passwords and forgot-your-password-secret-question-answers.

Not that any pool players have a myspace page but you may want to warn your children.
