i'll be honest and say it looked like a joke seeing shane play this. but i still enjoy the format and the concept. i watched joe prince beat the clock (in the hundreds of a second) against joven bustamente, fun match with a lot of adrenaline.

I agree its a good format and lets hope it continues to others tournaments.

Pool has become a snooze fest and hard to watch. It seems to be more popular than ever but the players at the top got so good that it becomes boring.

I'm finding new joy watching the bar boxes.

9b is already a quick game but over the years its been slow. If you watch any finals being played it takes a long ass time to finish matches and the ball are much more laid out with space too.

I don't know how you can speed it up anymore because its 9b.

8b on the other hand is sped up on these small tables which gives it a sense of unpredictability which I like.

This tournament is the trophy collecting tournament. After all that is said and done a player can possibly have a trophy cabinet. LOL

Why couldn't they incorporate the same shot clock system Ultimate Pool uses into the 9-ball tournaments? I'm pretty sure THAT would speed things up!
