i am sick of watching the men play on the recent IPT challenges but i do love the idea of us members selecting the next match; how about a woman vs a man? not allison fisher as i see too much of her anyway as i wake up each day with her on espn classic almost always. jeanette lee is not a member of the ipt for some reason so how about another member of the charlotte mob? kelly fisher and kim shaw are great but haven't paid their dues yet; how about Gerda?



she has the class and the game to play someone like efren without the huge break.

Yeah, really? Mike is so far removed from pool. He came back for a few bucks, but he's a has been IMO. Give Allison more credit, I think she'd smoke Mike S.

petard hopes you are right; not familiar with foldes but gerda has been here long enough to be US and foldes Europe.

VOTE FOR GERDA; SHE CAN PLAY , allison just qualified for hall of fame by reaching 40% of a century in age!!!!; gerda is still young.
 
Foldes vs Gerda, I don't think that drawing 2 names out of a hat could get more random than this.

while allison is still the best by far; she deserves to play for more than $5,000. as gerda is also part of the charlotte mob, she would gladly play for the money and if sigel and strickland think woman can't play, why not each add $5000 to have allison play for $15,000. af can make that much doing an exhbition; gerda deserves a chance as she has been playing part-time as she finsihed her education and represents the class the sport needs.

Man vs Woman in Billiards; Gerda will represent females very well.
 
If it's Vilmos Foldes vs. any girl then I won't even watch it if it's free. So you are telling me that SVB isn't in the top 20? lmao. I guess it must be like Yao Ming or Ichiro Suzuki always leading the all star voting. Everyone in Austria and Hungary must be voting every day.

What are you talking about?
-A winner-take-all ring game w/ Alison, Earl and Sigel? She doesn't like it.
- Alison playing against Sigel/ Earl and getting 2/1 on her money? Shemight like that!

So how much is the prize fund for these "challenge matches"? The website doesn't seem to mention anything about money (that's not like a Trudeau enterprise). Are they playing for prize money or do the players just get appearance fees? Or both? Anyone know?

As for SVB, perhaps he declined participation or had to back out of the voting for some reason.

That would seriously suck, Drago is a mental rock and Earl is a mental headcase these days. Earl would shoot well the first game or two, then miss a shot, Drago would take advantage, and Earl would fall to pieces and whine about loose pockets while missing shot after shot for the rest of the match while Drago cleans up table after table.

Seen that show before, dont need to see it again.

never seen much of foldes - but can't say he excites me too much. i like gerda and she's cute, but she's not half the player jasmin is. i really hope she gets in.

and somebody mentioned fisher versus sigel? i'd still take mike any day.

This isn't a vote for "best player in the world". I seen and heard enough of Efren and SVB. Mike Sigel had enough free paydays. I don't know the guy from Hungary, but he must have an organized syndicate behind him.

If we, the forum, can unify our numbers, we can shoot Jasmin in over the top.
