IPT not responding to e-mail queries

I have sent 3 queries to IPT about certain payment arrangement on a qualifier match, I do not get any response from them.

Is there anybody else who experienced the same, even not in cases of qualifier payments. Just like to understand if it is a trend or not.

I don't think anything has been on time yet.

Sadly, this is true. They may be better about it now but it sometimes took several months to get paid. The check is in the mail, it was sent but you must have missed it, the mail out of Chicago is unpredictable, we've got personnel issues...I've heard them all. Perhaps they have figured out that it is just better to not respond at all?

Don't take them not responding to you personally. IF they ever respond to an email it is usually a week later and one sentence long.

I also haven't yet received an answer from IPT to my e mail query of over a week ago about a qualifier payment. Can't say I'm over concerned about it at the moment and am just answering the question asked by the first poster:D

With the price of gas these days I am sure you are not worried about money at all. Isn't your country like one of the richest oil producing nations in the world? To hell with the IPT, I want to join the UAE.

I simply live and work here (for the last 18 years)......I am and always will be 100% Scottish and everyone knows we are always broke....try and get a drink out of Pat Holtz at the first IPT event and this fact will be evident to you;)

Like I said, I want to join for the free money. Are they hiring?

Thanks for the responses. I hope they will be able to put a solution to this. It is frustrating to receive nothing at all.

I am sure the fund is going to be withdrawn from my credit card though, in a very timely fashion.

No worries here.

I think the IPT have to few people working for them :)

I have got answers almost within 24 hours every time I have contacted them, except for the beginning... Maybe it is different for us who will be host for qualifiers? We are only working with the event planners, which are great people!

I love the IPT, can't wait till kick-off...

Try emailing Deno Andrews.

He responded to a friend's email within a couple of hours... and that was within the past two weeks or so.

I suppose Deno is getting more emails in one day that you are getting in one year, so if he is late with replies I can understand.

I heard they are getting hundreds a day which cant be good with all the stuff to organize and limited staff. I am still waiting to a reply to a PM and email I sent about 6 months ago though!

Fair enough but to make sure it's not just me,I would just like to know if anyone, any user at all on this site, from anywhere.......has yet received payment of the 10% referral/discount (call it what you like) for the entry fee of any player at all for any one of the 25 qualifiers that were held for The North American Open.Would also like to know if anyone at all, even if they have not received actual payment, has even received word of what IPT plans are regarding a schedule for making these payments or indeed has anyone at all so much as even got a reply at all to any query they have raised with IPT about these payments (even if it's just a "we'll get back to you" type answer?).I haven't.

This is just to confirm for good order that upon seeing my above post Deno has contacted me in person and given me an appropriate answer regarding the plans for these payments.

As far as I am concerned this now corrects the one and only slightly poor communication experience I personally have had with the IPT organisation as every other contact with them has been good:)
