Is this warped?

The cue wasnt warped when I looked at it.

With this cue, the wobble should not be described in millimeters, but in decibels. Whomp-whomp- whomp .

Chris

Ps. It's for sale, any takers? .... didn't think so.

I'll be at Hard Times next sunday (august 5th) evening around 5:00. :) I was woofin it up a little bit with another member of these boards, and we decided to play some sets over there.

Good for you - but next time (I'll be on a trip). Hope it turns out well.

I love the way you placed a positive spin of it. Here's a quote that programmers usually dishout:

"It's a FEATURE, not a BUG."

Most people are fooled by cues such as this rarity. Normally one can only find this special feature in shafts, but occasionally one can also happen across this feature in a butt of a cue.

This special feature cue is to be used on those pesky interfence shots. - Where another object ball is just barely in your way for a good stroke. When turned the proper way, you actually can gain clearance around the obstuction. Thereby enabling you to use a level stroke. When this feature is also in the butt, you are able to gain a little more clearance.

These cues are normally called SC (special clearance) cues. You should have no problem selling one at your local poolroom. Most 'beginners' need all the advantage they can get.:D

I believe it is just a parabolic taper wobble...

Sure looks warped to me but it might work well on one of those round tables. It certainly didn't get that way during shipping.

That cue does not have a simple warp.;)
It has compound parobolic double warp. He must of checked it by sighting and all was good by the end.
Maybe it will straighten itself out when you ship it back.

this cue has a very nice wobble!!! This seller should refund the money for the extreme misrepresentations of the cue itself. Got to ban him from here too!

Starship Enterprise

Possibly FedEx is now using the Starship Enterprise. You know...warp speed.

????????

I think I know this cue. If memory serves me correct I believe the to be the same cue W.C. Fields used in his famous pool scene. Once crooked always crooked if you know what I mean.

I'll give you a dollar for it. :) I'll even split the shipping.:p

i would be more concerned about changing the wall paper than the cue that green/white vert stripe stuff is just so dated. ;) seriously that cue is done, anyone who would claim thaqt cue is straigh needs to check themselfs into rehab for a 12 step program.
